Choosing a Costume for Shelby

I am re-posting this because I found another adorable costume I think would be a perfect fit for Shelby. Just one more to make my decision even harder! Be sure and cast your vote on which one you like best!

There are so many cute girl costumes out this year. I have to say it will hard to decide which is the perfect match for Shelby. It really doesn't matter which costume I pick, she's still going to be my cute and perfect little bugga bugga!

End of Summer Fun

This was taken on our last day at IBC. Blake and I first joined IBC in 2001. It certainly does not seem that long ago. IBC has been a blessing to our family. We are going to miss going there very much!

Kentucky State Fair

Yesterday the kids and I met some friends at the Kentucky State Fair. We've been packing our house for the last few weeks so it was nice to get away for a day. Will got to ride a lot of fun and exciting rides with his friend, Elizabeth. They also got to ride several thrill rides at Kentucky Kingdom!

Life These Days

Here are bits and pieces of what's been going on in our household over the last several weeks. Summer has been a busy time for us.

An exciting night at the fair. Here we are riding the carousel. I was amazed by how much Will loved all the rides. He was fearless! That is one trait he did not get from me!

Shelby started walking the last week of July. This clip was taken one week later. She's gotten better since then. She is the sweetest angel, even when she gets into everything! She's obsessed with shoes (any but her own) and jewelry!! She's
going to cost Mommy and Daddy a fortune!

Mommy designed a few outfits for Shelby to wear in the Fall.
I found these adorable leggings at Kohl's and bought plain solid shirts I could embroider myself. Appliques are so much fun!



And last but not least, we sold our house! This means we'll soon be moving and be back in my old hometown just in time for Will to start preschool! God is so good! He's never too early. He's never too late. And He times everything just right!
